Welcome to We Home BV!

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the booking of accommodation managed by We Home BV, a company registered in Belgium (hereafter “We Home”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing this website and/or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

“Guest”, “Client”, “You”: the person booking or staying at one of our properties.

“Accommodation”: the holiday rental property provided by We Home BV.

“Agreement”: the contract between We Home BV and the Guest, consisting of these Terms and Conditions, the booking confirmation, and any additional written agreements.

2. Bookings & Payments

To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Payments must be made in EUR (€) via the methods specified at the time of booking. VAT (if applicable) is included unless otherwise stated.

If the balance is not received by the due date, the booking may be cancelled, and the deposit retained.

3. Cancellation Policy

Guest cancellations:

More than 30 days before arrival → deposit forfeited, balance (if paid) refunded.

30 days or fewer before arrival → 100% of the booking total is non-refundable.

Company cancellations:

In the unlikely event that We Home BV must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

We Home will not be liable for any further compensation or consequential loss.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Use the accommodation only for lawful holiday purposes.

Respect the property, furnishings, and neighbours.

Abide by check-in and check-out times communicated in the booking confirmation.

Not allow more guests to stay than agreed in the booking.

Be responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repair/replacement may be charged.

5. Liability

We Home BV accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to Guests’ personal property.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or utility failures.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We Home BV processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your information will be used only for booking management, legal compliance, and communication relating to your stay.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and text on our website are the property of We Home BV or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute such content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.

9. Amendments

We Home BV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.
